Rich has over twenty-five years’ experience and possesses excellent motivational, training, leadership, and team building skills. Rich has prepared feasibility studies including execution of marketing and demographic studies, compilation of competitive market analysis material, and positioning studies. Rich has spent the majority of his career with public national homebuilders working his way up from On-Site Sales, Sales & Marketing management, to Executive Vice President Positions.
Rich holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Arizona and Colorado, and has attended numerous self development and Leadership based courses. Rich has served as an instructor for the Denver CO HBA Certified Sales Professional course, was a member of the team that developed Pulte Homes Top Gun sales mentoring program, and was a presenter at KB Home national sales symposiums. Rich attended Mesa Community College with an emphasis in Real Estate.
